Although the Christmas tree on the Deerfield Green is scheduled to be lit on Friday, December 4th, there is no formal gathering planned at this time.  The lighting of the community Menorah will take place at the gazebo beginning at sundown on Sunday, December 6th and every night through Monday, December 14th.  Volunteers are still being sought to light the electric candles and recite the nightly prayers.
