Please be advised that our water operator has indicated that we needed to switch on another well as our community's daily water usage tripled mainly due to rampant lawn watering. It may not seem that we are in a drought situation because of all the rain but our water system was not designed to support lawn watering; It’s capacity was based on normal residential potable use. Mandatory restrictions are in effect immediately and noncompliance may result in fines being imposed.
EVEN NUMBERED HOMES: Except for weekends, residents may water their lawns and plantings on even numbered calendar days. ODD NUMBERED HOMES: Except for weekends, residents may water their lawns and plantings on odd numbered calendar days. The hours for watering are: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM & 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Residents are prohibited from car washing and watering their lawns on weekends. The use of handheld watering cans is unrestricted.
